Cancellation Policy
Professional Consultation
- Please understand that consultation engagements are limited. If you must cancel a consultation engagement, please note that this may incur a cancellation fee.
- The amount of the cancellation fee will be equal to 10% of the reserved consultation services or $200, whichever is more.
- In addition, any non-refundable travel costs incurred by Literacy Education Solutions Pty Ltd staff in preparation for the consultancy engagement will be charged in full to the client upon cancellation of the engagement.
Professional Learning
- A place on a Professional Learning (PL) Workshop is only guaranteed once a successful Registration has been completed via the website, or an invoice has been paid by a school.
- Cancellations of a PL Workshop must be sent via email to admin@literacyeducationsolutions.com.au at least seven (7) days prior to the course date. There will be a fee of $55 (incl. GST) deducted for all cancellations within seven (7) working days of the course date.
- Occasionally and only in unavoidable circumstances, Literacy Education Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule a PL Workshop. In these circumstances, full refunds or an alternative PL Workshop will be offered.
